The neighborhood we are moving to is considered a prime location. Excellent builder with a good reputation, very well kept homes and yards, lots of pride of ownership evident. I don't see developers offering 5% and 0% down mortagages yet.

Correct @ 1119. We have a similar situation in Austin with the tech-heavy employers laying off people, and the dim/lib "SmartGrowth & GreenBuilder" initiatives that liberals love so much.
Most builders realize that they do not have to put up with all the zoning and development hoops that the city makes them jump through - they simply build elsewhere.

Pakistan Convicts Four Islamic Militants in Pearl Slaying The ring leader was sentenced to death by hanging. Whew, I don't know how President Musharraf lives with the everyday pressure of just being in Pakistan at this time. So far, he has hung tough ever since President Bush befriended him.

It would be smart to get that ringleader to hang tough quickly -- but the lawyers are already calling for appeals, and the lawyers are also relaying messages from the convicts to the Pakistani press. They should hang the ringleader tomorrow, and hang another convict immediately following any retaliation terror attack.

Uncle OCC is free to roam. The birthday party went off without a hitch. I got plenty of laughs playing the straight man to the girl's sillines. (I'm pretty sure they were laughing with me and not at me!)

I wanted to take Gavin's Mustang for a drive -- but the neighbor he is buying it from has been gone all day and he still has the keys. It's a red 1983 T-top with a new engine.
