We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
At the NAA(L)CP conference, the Rev. Jesse Jackson labeled President Bush and AG Ashcroft as the "most threatening combination in our lifetime."
A Congressional panel has subpoenaed the records of Martha Stewart's broker.
And the President is pushing his plan of tough new penalties on corporation leaders who undertake corporate fraud.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

gc, Both Redleg Duke's family and mine are getting new puppies very soon. Your suggestion is a little like naming the puppy "Sooner" - which is my father's suggestion. LOL!!
How do you like Peaches?

Woweee are you ever organized!!!! When Roomey and I travel we leave between 0400 and 0700, usually get out of the driveway right around 0730 or 0745. This is after a couple cups of coffee. We travel until around 1000 and start looking for breakfast. We have yet to make motel arrangements and have been lucky each evening, I don't always get my LaQuinta, but the ones we have slept in have been nice. Only one time did we get a motel, I know was full of disturbed spirits. It was a terrible place, I felt like I was smothering and kept getting creepy goose bumps. It looked like a really nice place, clean, well appoointed, but there was something there. We left that place around 0300 and wiped their dust from us.
Well School Gal and I have done as much as we can, for now, in the basement. Now we'll finish the two bedrooms and dust the living room.
Next I'll fry the onions, celery and beef/sausage mixture for the SOS on Sunday and freeze it. Then I'll do the stewed tomatoes and freeze it for Friday night. The squash casserole is already frozen, I forgot about it from another get together we had some time ago. lol These Senior Moments can sometimes be a blessing, I needed one more dish for Friday night, and happened to open the basement freezer, and lo and behold there stood that pretty squash casserole.
Talk to y'all later...bye

As a Mason of nearly 30 years, I want to be the first to advise you that we are marshalling our demons and will be unleashing the fires of hell on you this evening.
{/sarcasm}
Sorry, gang, but these raving dipwads from "religion" get annoying after a while. Obviously they slipped out of the doc's left hand when he spanked their little behind.

To: Northern Yankee; illstillbe

illstillbe - horribly distracted is a slight exaggeration....sorta like your diabolical inflicting...:-))
To: Redleg Duke
Haven't a clue as to the pup's first name. Last name will be dammit, though. LOL! With a last name like that, the pup's natural first name has to be Commeer!! (as in commeer dammit!)
To: gulfcoast6
Sounds good, g6! And are you going to put your new machine to use right away??
To: Redleg Duke
ROTFLOL!! And the Eastern Star ladies are all congregating to conjure up some she-devil soup!
To: Northern Yankee
Hey, Northern Yankee......how close to we come to your house when we make our tri or quad-annual trek to St. Paul from Ohio on I94?
Let me know if you're east or west of the freeway, and I can wave in your direction when we drive through in August to take #1 son back to school!
To: Holding Our Breath
So stands to reason that he will influence some or many in the religion department?!If you mean the religion departments in the Universities, I'm thinking not!
They will be the last bastion of the left remaining before their utter demise! ...........wishful thinking :o)
To: Redleg Duke
Must be a full moon coming up. Either that, or someone is off their meds.

"Religion department" was the wrong term to use. I meant department in terms of area such as the spiritual area of one's life. I was thinkin in terms of influence, just as UOx42 influenced our middle aged school children to dabble in oral sex practices....ugh.

You are so right!
Deej, where are you??? A friend just handed me a piece of HUMMINGBIRD CAKE!! No kidding!
To: Holding Our Breath
Why I think it is a 'peachy' name.
To: Molly Pitcher
Yep, first thing in the A.M. Hope to finish bush hogging tomorror, maybe, well, sorta, OK, fisish half of it tomorrow.
To: Holding Our Breath
"Religion department" was the wrong term to useLOL! I knew what you meant. Just teasing a bit!
Well, I hope that if x42 was influential enough to cause the destruction of innocence and health to America's children, that President Bush can conversely influence children to practice abstinence, morality, respect, responsibility, and marital fidelity and their parents to do the same.
One thing I know for sure is that he's trying, and by God's grace will succeed. Unfortunately, for many young people, it's already too late.
