Thanks, Loddy. I had no idea it was his birthday. Fox news showed him on his way to Kennebunkport for a family weekend with the whole clan, but didn't say it was a birthday party for him.

Hi, everyone!

Been busy in the kitchen with some Kreative Kittie Kookery so I can get Nacho on that flavorless k/d. I may be on to something..I take a can of the k/d, then I take a can of regular cat food like a good friskies, turn it into a bowl and scrape the gel and just a little bit of the food and put it in a blender and sort of chop it together to get the flavors going. I may add a little hot water with the good cat food to get more flavors out.Then I put it in a bowl and give it the " Missie Test". If she will eat it then it must not be too bad and Nacho should go for it.

My nightmare with Nacho is getting him to take his meds...he needs antiacids and at the moment his antibiotics from the dental and oral surgery....He is good about the rest of his recouperation which is to lay around and be lazy, go out and sun himself for awhile and eat and poop and ask for a lap and snuggle....Meanwhile his brother Taco is lonely for him, Nacho has got a little stuck up since he has become a " Special Needs Kittie".

Val your pictures continue to entertain us as you take us all along on the trip. I am glad you are having nice weather and sunny days for your photos.

Texas is having a lot of rain problems. All you folks in TX, stay safe and watch out for snakes.....

BBL..got to get some work done, cleaning and so forth and then maybe hit the anitque shop while Ozzie is out gold panning with the neighbors...:)
