Yeah, I heard that on the radio earlier. What the hell kinda cop, after making a stop, let's anyone get that close to his package without capping the fondler?
All in all, we would have been very well served to have chopped our own cotton. JL

I just went to the HEB down the street - not even a mile from my house. While in there, a huge cloud parked itself over the store and burst open. The roof started leaking (it's a beautiful, big store - not some rinkydink place) the parking lot became a lake and I was drenched head to toe, my hair dripping just from walking to the car which was parked in front. I get home and the driveway is dry. I walk in dripping and the grocery bags are all wet and the kids are asking what happened? It's the weirdest thing. It's probably still pouring at the HEB - I can can see a dark cloud in that direction and rainbows. In the 100 degree heat a wet t-shirt feels good.

In the 100 degree heat a wet t-shirt feels good. Yes, but how does it look.
By now OCC has probably hit the floor gasping and moaning, just from imagination.

*L* It's not a white T-shirt -- just my old blue cast T-shirt from a 1995 production of Taming of the Shrew

Yep, if had had some shampoo, the downpour in the parking lot was just the right temperature to wash my hair with enough pressure to rinse it well.

Texas ribeyes are really cheap again -- I wonder if they had to slaughter a bunch of cattle in the flooded ranges

Texas ribeyes are really cheap again -- I wonder if they had to slaughter a bunch of cattle in the flooded ranges The steaks in the store all come from feed lots. The cattle in the fields are used for ground meat or bologna or hot dogs if they are slaughtered. They are too wirey and tough for anything else

What is the format for posting a link with the title showing up and not the URL? I'm to lazy to go to html bootcamp right now!

One man was in critical condition after being stabbed yesterday in a fight downtown.
