The company is out with a press release responding to a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C.-based legal watchdog group.Watchdog group? I guess Richard Mellon Scaif must have cut off thier funding... Halliburton is still trading eh? Where is Global Crossing?

Halliburton (HAL) is off 30 cents, or 2.1 percent, to $13.82, in midday action. If Halliburton can establish that this is a frivilous suit, their can be a class action suit against Judicial Watch vy all stockholders for their losses today.

That picture was taken at the Mountain Farm Museum -- a really nice stop on the mountain ridge parkway. Very crowded with tourists, so I had to be patient to get the pictures.
