I'm ashamed to have been born in California... can I change my birthstate? I want to be adopted.

I refuse to see their movies .. it is my goal to see them go bankrupt .. I'm thinking more folks should join in

Morning Mo, everyone. A caller to Sean Hannity yesterday, felt the same way. She and friends are having a TomCruise Tape Burning Pary - sounds like fun to me. ;-)

Since a Leftist using AOL is going back and reading old threads, I thought I would post this flashback graphic from the past...

I HONESTLY think that the stock would INCREASE in value if such a decision was made, instead of the stock tanking like many might predict if you gave up selling in one of the biggest states. I agree. I would sure make every effort to buy only from a manufacturer who stopped selling in CAlifornia, and their R&D costs woulod go way down.

Before long, the Kind Bud will actually be LESS expensive than tobacco. And more easily obtained Maybe that is their true goal??

What did Tom Cruise do? Since I have been here there have been major gaps in my FReeping so I am not on top of everything that's going on.

"Getting a 'Monica' is always an interesting idea" Interesting? I've heard men call it a lot of things, but "interesting" is not one of them. You are very weird Swerve.

What did Tom Cruise do? He is pulling an Alec Baldwin and bad mouthing American and saying he would not raise his children in such a country
I say .. BITE ME TOM CRUISE

Nah. The Smoke Nazis don't have anything that benign in mind.
They are not Religious Fundamentalists, but they are classic Enviro Fundamentalists. They are afraid that someone out there somewhere is having a good time: smoking a cigarette, eating a Big Mac, building a campfire, hunting ducks or deer, drinking whiskey, driving fast.

I was trying to be delicate, but in fact, since seeing that article about the hormones contained curing wimmin's depression, I suppose it would be more accurate to describe it as an act of charity on a man's part

Driving fast -- that might be me in a few minutes. They found the problem and fixed it. A loose gasket. They tightened it and had to change the oil because it was contaminated with fuel... the bill is too high but under $175, so we'll do okay. Just waiting for the courtesy car to pick me up.

Good news on the car .. but bad news on the bill

Ford -- that's what I've been driving for the past 11 years.... except yesterday.
The new California emissions law goes into effect in 2009.

Still won't make the hubby happy .. he still hates Ford .. LOL

"saying he would not raise his children in such a country" Bye Tom...and good riddance.
To: Mo1
The bill isn't so bad.... I was really afraid it would run from $500 - $1000... that would be BAD NEWS.
To: Servant of the Nine
"it would be more accurate to describe it as an act of charity on a man's part" Swervie, you're pushing it!
