It was pretty good early morning TV. Coulter has new book and in it she refers to perky Katie "the affable Eva Braun of morning TV" and calls her "half-bright." Katie wasn't happy about that at the start of the interview and it went donwhill from there. LOL. Long, tall Annie more than held her own. :)
