Maybe instead of a barn raising you can have a good old-fashioned yard raising... that doesn't sound helpful. Sounds like what happened last night.

Wasn't that sweet of them ? Everyone has been pleased to see me out working in the yard so much this year. The people who had it before me had done little more than mow the grass for years. Everyone seems to be just as stunned over it as I am. People have walked past all day and stopped to point out where things used to be. FOFL.

Lately I have given some thought to getting a dog but I'm having such a tough time deciding what kind I want. I hadn't really thought about a "bad dog" kinda dog. LOL I'd love a golden but I don't think I have enough room for one of them to run and play. I've thought about a Springer Spaniel, like Spotty, W's dog. One of my sisters has a Westy, a West Highland Terrier and it is perfectly adorable.

That would, indeed, be sumtin' to hear. FOFLOL.
This afternoon I made lots and lots of calls trying to find a replacement for Ringy's Mouth of Truth man. I found a man in Calif amd and another in Washington State both are artist and have businesses that sell statues, fountains etc. Anyhow, they're trying to help me find one.... both were real intrigued by a southern accent.

Well, honesty .. you should get one that is not too big that you can pick up .. and that will bark alot and cause a ruckus when someone is trying to steal your plants BUT also needs to shut the hell up when you tell it too
