"The U.S. Department of Agriculture plans a Gay and Lesbian Pride Month celebration" Seems we've gone from ignoring to tolerating to accepting to celebrating perversion homosexuality. What is wrong with this picture? This brought to you by the same bunch of bureaucratic losers that not only don't celebrate God, but don't accept, tolerate OR ignore Him either.

"You can't expect to take our laws and mores with you" Why not? It seems we change our laws to accommodate every nationality but our own.

*LOL* Okay -- it's an ugly bridesmaid's dress -- Hey! I was not an ugly bridesmaid!
To: Mo1
Mo, are you saying you don't like the dress?
To: lodwick
Let's not forget that blacks now get 2 months...one for history and one for music, and veterans basilcally have 2 days.

A couple of my bridesmaids -- they got better dresses than I ever did as a bridesmaid *L* -- this is from way way back when Gunne Sax was a fashionable label... only these were home sewn of course (everything was then - it was the olden days *L*)

FOFLOL. OK. I've seen better looking bridesmaid dresses. I've worn better looking bridesmaid dresses. FOFL. Still the dress is not only all wrong for her but she is wearing it all wrong. The elastic in the sleeves should be pulled up nearer her shoulder and the sleeve allowed to stand out from her arm. That one thing alone would keep her lower arm from looking so swollen. The sleeve is a young woman's sleeve it is the same one that Imelda Marcus wore long after she was also too old and pudgy to wear that style. It draws the eye to and adds width to her already round shoulders and thick neck. The dress bunches up in the midriff area because she has a short torso and broad hips. It's just awful. FOFLOL

"The whole world is more intense on halucinogens, but the colors are very hard to photograph" I don't know Swerve, they have some pretty elaborate photo editing programs out there. Of course, I guess a point of refernce would be most helpful.

Why not? It seems we change our laws to accommodate every nationality but our own. We, and Canada and Western Europe are the only ones stupid enough to do that.
It used to be that citizens of civilized countries, (The Great Powers) were sacrosanct. If one was taken captive, all would send gunboats and marines and get him back one way or the other. If we will ever drop the political correctness and accept that the whole earth is "The American Empire" it can be that way again.

It's going to either be the American Empire or the U.N. Empire... I know which one I prefer.

Big Smile TimeTattooed teen discovers the ugly truth
A British teenager who thought he had "Love, Honour and Obey" tattooed on his arm in Mandarin received an unpleasant surprise when a waitress in a Chinese restaurant started laughing at him.
Lee Becks, 18, a hairdresser, paid £90 ($230) for the tattoo on his upper right arm and was thoroughly pleased with the result - until he found out it actually read: "At the end of the day, this is an ugly boy."

Okay Valerie, face it -- those bridesmaids' dresses are awful, too.

FOFLOL. Mo, That dress, worn correctly with the proper jewelry and on the right body type would be fine. BUT, you also have to wear the dress, instead of letting the dress wear you. LOL. For instance, this woman was at the same awards dinner could wear that dress. Of course, she is wearing a great gown by my favorite new designer, Narcisco Rodriguez
