Me too, after strawberries. :) Thanks for sharing your day. :) Tell hubby we enjoyed your flowers and evening. :) GOODNIGHT FREEOPLES. Hugs. I'm gone. :)

Nighty night --- tomorrow is just another day....

FOFLOL. Molly just romped and played so much while you two were gone that she is ravenous now that she is back home. I'm sure that thrills Bess, too. Bess probably thinks that Molly needs to gain some weight like she says we do.

Val...did you have lilacs over in Washington state? I have one Lilac bush which is very pale lavender color--it is a young bush. The large Lilac bush (tree) in the front yard is the deepest purple. I was whacking grass along the fence line and the fragrance of lilacs was awesome.
That deep color is so pretty--I think I'm gonna bring some blossoms in the house tomorrow.

Yes, lilacs thrived in western Washington, we had white, light and dark. They smelled wonderful.
The kids have doctor and dentist appointments tomorrow, so I had better hit that hay (and stop whistling)
Nighty night

It just seems like that dark purple is so extra dark this year...and the fragrance is more lovely than usual. I don't think my light purple is nearly as fragrant. Oh well....I sure do love lilacs.
On that note, I'm gonna call it a day....I finally got all that weed whacking done in the yard proper! Tomorrow I tackle the world---or go get groceries!
Goodnight, Mo.

Goodnight, lady....pleasant dreams.... I wasn't sure if the weather was really condusive to lilac raising in Washington. And while I've seen pics of white lilacs, I've not ever had them myself.

Stupid barking dogs... all the dogs in the whole neighborhood are in a barking frenzy. I can't settle mine down when all the others are barking like mad dogs, too. I must be the only person they woke up.
