I hope you got to see the piece that Brit Hume did on the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebration. It was breathtaking. The airshow over Buckingham Palace was amazing, and millions of people lining the mall waving flags.

Last night, Masterpiece Theatre aired a show about the lives of Elizabeth (Queen mum) and Bertie. It was well done, and the characterization of "Uncle David" was absolutely evil.

Home-made quesadillas for supper tonight. I'm feeling lazy.

I may make a pound cake tonight too. I found some strawberries on sale and may do a pound-cake with strawberry sauce dessert, since I'm working on developing desserts. The hardest part is figuring out the cost per serving. There has to be some software out there for that.

Wasn't that amazing? It gave me chills! Oh, they're showing it again, "The Cornation Ode" which we know as the "graduation theme" LOL!

Thanks, Jim. I am firmly convinced that you can find almost ANYTHING on the internet. LOL

I will talk to Trill about whether we want to buy one like that or whether we will make our own. She's been making noises about me using my evenings when I'm away for training to write us a web-based application for the B&B. I guess She thinks that will keep me from wondering down to the Airman's Club. GRIN!

Dan Rather is on Larry King tonight.

Did you hear?

They were going to put Dan Rather out to pasture years ago... But the cows would not stand for it.

This one is right around the corner from the house..it was very empty and very clean, and it only took me 1/2 hour and $.75 to dry one load.
