Swerve, Today the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans heard arguments to overturn Edwin Edwards conviction. Alan Dershowitz argued on his behalf. I underestand Dershowitz showed up so clean shaven, combed, well pressed and generally very well groomed that he slipped into the courthouse this morning unrecognized by the media. LOL. This morning on the way into court Edwards said,
"I'm seeking what I was denied in the District Court -- justice, I'm confident that here I'll get it." . The court imposed a gag order and so when Edwards came out of court today he came before the cameras and said,
"I always speak well of dead people and live judges." FOFLOL

"I always speak well of dead people and live judges." How can you not like such a forthright scoundrel?

LOL. He is a crook to be sure but he is so outrageous and forthright about it that people are more amused than incensed by his crimes. LOL.

ROTFLMAOEU quota likely for flatulent cows
Gas emissions from flatulent cows could soon be restricted by a EU quota system as penal as that imposed on milk production, an agricultural expert has predicted.
Environmental scientist Professor Frank Convery claims cows breaking wind and belching account for 35% of Ireland's green-house gas emissions. These have been linked to global climate change.

All the beer drinking and the corned beef and cabbage diet is sure to be making Sean and Paddy and Colleen a wee bit windy, too.

Fox just reported that Jesse Jackass Jackson is injecting himself into the Palestinian issue. He SAYS he's been invited to address the Palestinians. Is it just me or is he pretty much always allied with the enemy? I guess it would be evil of me to say I hope he gets what he deserves.

The Pearl Treatment???

As much as I detest the man, I couldn't wish such a fate on anybody, except perhaps those who practice it on others and even then I'm not so sure, although they certainly do not deserve better.

Our current governor is about to finish his 2nd term and can't run again. He is a well respected, very accessible Republican. He is also an avid sportsman, a genial and unpretentious man. Every Thursday afternoon he does a 1 hour radio call in program. People call to praise him, complain or to ask for his help with everything from getting a hunting license extended to bad roads and bureaucratic red tape. It is remarkable and quite a contrast in every way to Edwards time in office.

Seems poor Hillary is having trouble in liberal paradise.
"On May 21, Clinton's Washington home was picketed by liberal activists. Their beef? Her decision to support a proposal to force welfare recipients to work 37 hours a week, up from the current 30."
She is trying to deal from both sides of the deck and hopefully it will bite devour her. It seems she is once more being cast in the "victim" role.
Why Senator Clinton Just Can't Catch a Break
Well, I know I for one feel deliriously happy just terrible about it. Maybe we should all just give the demonic witch poor woman a chance.

OMG!! Did you happen to jusr hear the report on Fox that they are
politically correcting changing quotes from great works of literature to keep kids from feeling "uncomfortable" with certain racial, cultural, or religious references on standardized tests??? Where does it end???
I wish I could have the job of slapping some of these fools senseless. I guess that would be pointless though, since they are obviously already there.

That just might entice you to the overseas workforce.

Well, I do hope they both get an "appropriate" reception.
