I've been all over that island and I still haven't found the compound. Drats! Back to the search.

Right. So many of those places, along with some homeowners associations, have so many restrictions that it is like paying good money to live in prison or a gulag. (sp) LOL. I just can't see Bess being happy in one. We have a couple of lovely family friends who live in some really nice ones here and they have the same complaints.

I often wonder which side Congress is on .. Our's or the Terrorist

this house is on the tip of that Island. The very end. East, I think. But it's Ono Island, ALABAMA.

It is the West end that is closest to Gulf Shores, and it would have to be on Ono Blvd. Perdido Blvd is on the adjacent Island.

Oh, that's where you are going for your birthday ? I have some friends who love that place. They go there every time they're out in your part of the world.... or at least when she goes with him... She doesn't want him to go there without her. LOL. I think it is really only because of the good food and atmosphere. LOL

Congress' only interest in these investigations is for political reasons and nothing to do with what happen on 9/11

Yep, that's where I'm going for my birthday. We live less than a mile from the place, and we've never been there. I read Cat Cora's column in the paper, and walk by the place all the time, but never have eaten there. It's time!

LOL. Bless your heart, you are the sweetest thing. Tell them it's on the WEST end of Ono Island. Big pink stucco. Front of it is trimmed in white, white stairs going down to boat dock. Used to be used as a corporate compound. :)
