Also, he wants me to serve as a representative of my area, at that dinner. :)He thanks me for my steadfast support of President Bush. Sigh. Little does he realize, my only area of interest, that night, would be him. LOL. I've already sent my money in for the pictures of the Prez. I asked for one of him. LOL LOL LOL LOL. I mean, President Bush is nice, BUT Dick Cheney is to die for. Sorry. Got carried away. :)

Oh, Goodness. Those retirement villages are really fine for some people but for a such an independant personality like Bess..... I dunno. Ask for her opinion about what you should do.... you know she'll have one. LOL. Then take her to see the two places and she what she thinks about them. Get some of her favorites around to "jolly" her up, it shouldn't be too hard or take too long to find out exactly where her thoughts are on all this. She just may be a little uncertain about the next phase of of life or trying to make things easy for you..... That would be very like her. :)

Oh, is this a bidding war now? OK, I'll teach Ringy to cook, AND teach her to shoot. Then I'll do the cooking while I'm there. Then after I'm gone, she'll know how to cook and knock the socks of her friends with her culinary abilities.

I'd don't think I'd ever want to live in one of those retirement villages. Too many old crabby people with too much time on their hands, which gives them ample opportunity to meddle in everyone else's business. There is one of those not too far from where we live, and a friend of ours lives there. And it's true that some of those folks take great pleasure in meddling. They appoint themselves as watchdogs to make sure everyone is abiding by the rules of the place, this place has Covenants and Restrictions, and the neighbors make sure our friend obeys!

Loddy, that looks more like it, cause this house is on the tip of that Island. The very end. East, I think. But it's Ono Island, ALABAMA. ROFL. The pier comes straight out the front of the house. Has four slips. Deep water. I don't remember the name of the river.
