From time to time, the Tree of Liberty must be refreshed with the blood of Tyrants...

Can a judge REALLY keep you from using the CONSTITUTION as part of your defense??

Is Oregon trying to steal Calfornia's thunder?
Two moderate quakes felt in and near Oregon
KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- A moderate earthquake was felt in southern Oregon yesterday morning, hours after a tremor shook the seafloor about 140 miles off the southern coast. There were no immediate reports of damage from either quake.
A 4.3-magnitude quake registered in the Klamath Falls area just before 11 a.m., centered about 6 miles west of the city, according to the Pacific Northwest Seismograph Network at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Seismologists described the tremor as a "shallow crustal earthquake." It was felt in Ashland and Medford. "The building shook, windows rattled, then it rolled," said Kathy Kodak of Ashland Vineyards. "My husband went out to the winery and saw all the wine sloshing around in the tanks."

Did they funkle the pig?

This is something you will have to ask Ratty about.

"My husband went out to the winery and saw all the wine sloshing around"

The missus says I spend too much time sloshing wine around.

Hi Val,
We haven't felt a shake for a couple of weeks now. We have a little game we play down here...when we feel a quake, we guess the magnitude and whoever wins...wins.
