Thanks for the link. LCS sounded rational, perhaps he's caught up on his sleep! As to bipolar disease, my sister-in-law was engaged to a man who had it. He was hospitalized after stopping his medication, and after a series of hospital administration screwups, he was released without anyone in his family knowing about. He drove to the Golden Gate bridge and jumped off. Prozac doesn't help people with bipolar disease. He had made several previous suicide attempts, this time he succeded.

As to what you do before you boot up, I didn't say what I did - simply allowed you gentle readers to figure it out for themselves! First things first, after all.
