That's actually not uncommon, Mo. Men whose brains have marinated in alcohol for years do the same thing sometimes. They hear demonic voices and obey them, destroying themselves by slashing their bodies and cuttting off their penises. They usually bleed to death. The public doesn't learn what happened, but police officers and coroners know. (I was married to cop, and even in our sparsely populated county, it happened more than once)

You what amazes me is the way man protect their peckers with their lives and then go and cut it off just because they are stoned or drunk

Our coroner wouldn't report suicides or drug overdose deaths either, unless there were witnesses. As a reporter I went round and round with him for the inofrmation on cause of death in cases I knew were suicides, but he wouldn't confirm it to protect the privacy of the families. My editor got on the phone and yelled at him about freedom of information and public records. The suicide stats you read are way off because there is no way to verify and cross-check them and coroners are into protection instead of the truth.

I can't believe I spent so much time arguing today. Oh well... there comes a time to give up trying to take care of everyone yourself and to have faith. It's hard to do with your kids when they are your responsibility, but I should be able to let the ratt go on with his mission of promoting high times for himself and all Americans in the name of freedom...
