I personally don't have a problem with it at all....the way I look at it is that a woman can train the little bastard the way she wants him to be without having to unbreak a bunch of bad habits and starting fresh! :)

Nice try, but you completely missed my buttons.
It's always about 'you,' isn't it??
:-)

That's just part of being irresistible.

Ummm, I think that even Swervie would encourage you agree with me, that a 10 year old is just a wee bit young for you, Rowdee.
To: ValerieUSA
I'll just post to myself, and enjoy another "me" moment.
The last thing I want to do is "train" a man. I'm worn out trying to train my four sons, and I wasn't particularly successful at it.

At LAST!!! Someone you can't beat in an argument!!
You've met your match!!

What a list! Thank you--sort of....at least I can now surmise that Speedo belongs in the fashion world. I asked what this was once before and no one clued me in.....if it is something 'nasty' or 'dirty', could you send me an e-mail....
As to my favorites.....8 is good, but then we screw up by hugging all the time...so I consider that a wash out. 9 is really important--especially during baseball season.
Now, while 11 is technically correct in the usage of the verb [we] can, I would submit it isn't nearly as much fun as [we] do!!! :)
And actually, my favorite is 12......the issue of age is VERY over-rated! Besides, with women living such longer lives, we'd better start thinking about getting to them when they are younger.
I've already commented about the trainability of younger men elsewhere on the thread.

Oh, Rowdee, Please. In almost every instance, it makes her look exactly like what she is, sad, graceless and unable to see herself as others do. Granted, a few exceptions exist but by the time a woman reaches her 50's they need to get the windex out clean that stuff off the mirror.

At LAST!!! Someone you can't beat in an argument!! You've met your match!! You admit it! I've won every other argument with every other debater - I have no equal. I am the master debater. No need for a matchmaker....
That's pathetic. I must make an effort to lose an argument.

Wasn't he a clever man? Peter Pan meets Darwin: Things like that wouldn't happen if everyone could buy drugs at the Drugstore as God and the English Language obviously intended.

Dear heart....I have said nothing about doing anything illegal or immoral....and certainly NOT with a 10-year old, thank you.
I presume, by no answer thus far, that Swervie hadn't yet thought about that 'training' exercise that older women can do with younger men. OTOH, I'm quite sure you have, and it probably gravels your little grizzel, or gullet, or whatever in tarnation ratts have! :)

DANG, WOMAN!!!!!!!
You fell for it again. Now I will have to describe you as 'VERY susceptible to subliminal suggestion' to Them, when I file my report.
I just hope you don't hear one of those trick auto horns that plays Dixie, before I go to my next assignment for Them. And if you DO hear one, I hope there aren't a lot of people around.
To: ValerieUSA
Val, lady.....with your class you should have an absolute ball training a man......
BTW, I believe you underrate yourself as a teacher..... :)

If you intend to get to men before they develop bad habits, then you will need to get to them before they turn 11, or so.
To: Darlin'
Geeze, Darlin'---you're starting to sound like an
old young fuddy dud....all so prim and proper....sort of remind me of my nephew, the yuppie firefighter......decided he would marry at 27-1/2 years of age, wifey would be 25-1/4 years of age, honeymoon for 7 3/4 days in Hawaii, lunch at 12:22 each day, a toddy at the bar at 2:49 p.m., bedtime at 8:37 p.m.; up at 6:02:09 a.m.;2 sons two years apart.
Nice guy, but b-o-r-i-n-g with all the preset or preconceived ideas of what is correct or right or proper in areas where it doesn't make a bit of difference.

Just enjoy them. Don't try to train them or rearrange them in any way. :) I understand that the Phill Donahue/Alan Alda type is very trainable, if anyone wants one.
Please don't discourage Val from trying, we could make a TV series to top the Osbournes out of her trying to train Ratty.
Instead of taking place in a house, it could be a Steel Cage Match.

Are you holding all men up to your standards of behaviour, ratty?

That seems to be the main complaint that I hear from women too. I am so unimaginative.

That seems to be the main complaint that I hear from women too. I am so unimaginative. That is because they have heard about me.
