Whew, girlfriend, it's probably a good idea to stay out of his car. Good Lord, what must their car insurance be for a young man with a history of so many accidents. Did he just stop seeing the girl... kinda drift away or was it an unpleasant parting ?

*shudder* I just read the thread --- oooh, it's spooky. Better than watching a movie n TV, but not something you want to think is happening for real to someone.

Time after time, stuff like that happens to that kid. It is so strange. His Mother has PROOF this girl is a witch. She hired someone, etc. Pictures, etc. Well, that she practices witchcraft, anyway. Whatever that means. The summation of all this is, she needs to know what kind of hex, and how to get it off.

27? The mother who made the oblique threat? or the daughter? Now I'm conflabergasted...
To: Letitring
"This friend of mine knows that, and can prove it." But it's not illegal. No matter what might happen she bears no legal responsibility.

I've dated the occasional witch and never had a problem. What did he do to her???

...unless you count ending up with Margaret...

My youngest sister just called. She's going to have an operation on Tuesday, and her husband just got promoted to sergeant (he's in law enforcement).
She's going to have a few hernias repaired, and wanted to get a tummy tuck at the same time, but they want to do it separately. She lost a lot of weight and has loose skin and it seems like they wouldn't want to close her up with her skin still all loose, but I guess that's the way they do it to keep the risk of infection down. She's disappointed about that.

I just checked to see if JudithAnn was posting tonight and she isn't. She doesn't post too often. I believe she sometimes works on nursing assignments in locations without computers. So don't be surprised if you don't hear from her right away.

and this way they can double bill...
To: Darlin'
They just pay to have it fixed. They can. It's not about money, it's about his life. He met this gal in college, of course. Liberal, from New York State. Jewish culture, but left the God of her fathers' long ago. Started out worshipping Gaia, or whatever that Earth Goddess is, and went from there. Very wealthy parents, elite background. He has a Christian background, thank GOD. She wanted to marry, he didn't. Good parting, the kid has sense. Nothing ugly about it. Should have been the end of it. NOT. His Mother knew there was something wrong with this girl, just didn't know what, etc. Took some time, but eventually found out. Long story, painful for her. God delivered her son. Plain and simple. Even I can see that. God is STILL delivering her son, and even I can see that, also.

Well, I feel certain that some local priest here or in NO will be able to help determine that sort of thing.

Ringy, it sounds like you'd best not be in a car with the young fella until this gets cleared up.

That kinda of stuff makes me anxious just reading about it. I can't imagine what it must be like to have to deal with it. Suggest that he and his mother read the Prayer of Jabez. It's a short book, about 100 pages, based on 1 Chronicles 4:10. It might comfort them.

LOL. The daughter is 27. My friends' Son is 25. A very preppie, sheltered, handsome, well educated 25. This was his second serious relationship. He didn't do anything to her, Nully. Nothing. Just didn't want to get married. Didn't want her to move into his house, buy her an engagement ring, etc. He just isn't ready. When he broke it off, he was very much a gentleman. Truly. Promise you that.

Hell hath no fury....

Gosh, Valerie, I'm sorry to hear that. Is it elective surgery or has she been having problems. You;d think it would be simple to do the tummy tuck while they're there.

Thank you. I will e-mail you all the details in the morning. If I can find out if it's safe, for you, to do so. Is there someone you can ask to see if it is?
To: ValerieUSA
