These houses sell themselves - they don't even need salespeople. and the sales people know it. Having spent 25+ years in the construction industry, hubby knows a thing or two about construction and is totally impressed with fit and finish of these buildings.
Fortunately he fell in love with this one as quickly as I did yesterday. We had already made up our mind that we were going to buy one of their products, we just hadn't found the "ONE" we wanted, until yesterday. It's over 1800 square feet and costs less than the asking price of the place we are living in now. the only problem is that we've got to find a piece of land to put it on. that's the agenda for our next trip down.

Hey, that looks like a DeSota Adventurer (cir 1960's)! If it is, we had one of those when I was growing up. It was my Dad's dream car. It was his first new car. It wasn't a convertiable tho.
My Dad would be turning in his gave to know that his dream car is now material for strawberry planter!

I've heard that one before, but it always makes me laugh. Women could use it too, but then that would be abuse. Heh heh heh.

Too much Freeping hugh...

I got you now.
I don't have to worry about that clause - the house was only shown to one person during the term of the contract and the only way that agent will get anything is if that person buys it.

Here's another car. It's a Hillman, circa 1958, I think!

We wouldn't want your dad rolling in his grave now, would we?
Posting it as a link, also, because it's a Geocities photo.
Hillman

anyone commuting on Rtes. 395 or 66, in No. VA, is going to be a sucker for this kind of argument (pay more taxes for less congestion). i came in late today and it took me about twice as long as it normally does at my offpeak hour. i would blow my brains out if i had to commute in that traffic. But you could never get me to vote in favor of a tax.
