Dentist must need money - making "deep gum cleaning" noises, but I told him to stick with the shallow cleaning and I'd consider better flossing, or something.

Mine made those noises a few years ago, but I have managed to keep ahead of it with a Water Pic full of very salty water every day

Great quote. Suffering is an intregal part of the human condition. There are lots of quotes to this issue found in the Bible. Your photos are incredibly beautiful--I enjoyed looking at them.

I love the optimism of Churchill. He was not a doom and gloom defeatist, despite suffering many setbacks throughout his political career and in battles.

We are passing through a bad time now, and it will probably be worse before it is better, but that it will be better, if we only endure and persevere, I have no doubt whatsoever.
