Not being Episcopalian myself, I thought you really meant goggles. I was going to ask my friend Nancy about that - she married to an E. priest.

Goodnight dear lady.....I don't envy you paying bills....pain in the patootie......maybe a new chair would help that, too?

"Fortunately for the church I was no longer in that position by the time I discovered the other herbs that could go in with the incense."
Hehehe. All the blue hairs would have been trying to purchase that heavenly incense and talking about the uplifting homilies. LOL

LOL. Sometimes if you're too near it goggles seem like a good idea.

It looks like I did it again - I frightened away the ratt.

Personally I always liked the incense, except we only used it for high mass on Christmas eve and Easter usually.
To: ValerieUSA

"maybe a new chair would help that, too?" I've yet to find the chair that would relieve that pain! I even get sympathy pains in the butt watching other people pay bills!
To: ValerieUSA
" I frightened away the ratt" I've been wondering if he has been hiding from a big surly cat lately.

I just got this from a friend. I thought y'all would like to see it too.
To: sweetliberty
It really seemed such an appropriate rememberance. I'm sorry they only left it up one month.

Yes, it does. They were saying that it was costing something like $20,000 a month to burn it. Amazing.

I wish the lights had been left on for far more than a month. Until a proper memorial is in place, the lights make a wonderful substitute. Maybe we could get a campaign on to get the lights on again.
To: celtic gal
Well, I just saw the cost of having them on.. on second thought our taz dollars could go to something more useful. But the lights still were a wonderful site.
To: celtic gal
I meant the tax dollars that would be used to keep them on longer since then I would suspect it would fall to the taxpayer nation wide.

Getting close to a funkle..Looks like the funkle busters have signed off for the night. Oh well, hope tomorrow I can get back earlier. We have had such nice weather these past few days that I just had to get out in it..It has been in the 80's here at the coast!

Night all...
To: celtic gal
It would have been nice to keep the lights on longer, but that is really a lot of money!
To: sweetliberty
Good one!
