I know what you mean. What scene should I be writing today? I have to change the logic in my story too because I found out stuff later in the story that doesn't fit with what I wrote in the beginning.

Me too. I have to keep going back and tweaking, just to make it make sense. Nothing big so far, but it's annoying to have to scroll back through over a hundred pages just to find where I said one little thing...

And I'm still not satisfied with the whole logic of how my portal works. I'll probably just leave some things hanging and hope that doesn't drive me insane!

I have exactly the same problem, there's two or three things that no longer work, and a section that needs to be revised completely.... ugh.
