I have exactly the same problem, there's two or three things that no longer work, and a section that needs to be revised completely.... ugh.

I still have to figure out a good way to make a time gate self destruct. ;-) Hopefully without killing anyone or messing time up in the process...

I have to go back and actually craate two alien cultures, define exactly what the characters can and can't do. Oh yeah. I have to find real names for everybody. And then I have to fix the logic problem, put action where narration is, and then work on language....yeah....that's what I have to do.
