This is what Bloomfield says about them...

It's a McCullogh Piggott. You can tell by the stickers top and bottom. Highly recommended! I have two or three and they're hands down the best (proto-) Feadogs you can get. But they are almost impossible to get nowadays.

He just asked me for my snailmail address...

Speaking of prune filling, I am looking for a recipe for a cookie my cousins' grandmother used to make. She was Hungarian, and these were tri-cornered cookies that I seemed to remember her calling Kolaches, or something like that. They are similar to Hamentashen(sp?), a cookie that Jewish folks eat at the Festival of Purim. I have a very good friend in NJ whose grandmother always sent her a couple of dozen Hamentashen every year for the holiday and sent an extra dozen for me because I liked them so much.

If any of you know of a recipe that sounds like that, please let me know!
