Right, the cloak, I didn't forget the cloak. In fact, it was uppermost in my mind as I selected that picture. The cloak is just such an important... oh, never mind, you know very well that I wasn't really interested in the cloak.

You know, my Dad would probably faint if I brought home a guy with messy long hair, a cloak and a sword, but he doesn't really know quality does he? All he would see would be the long-haired rock star wannabe's I dated in high school.

Well, I'm not sure that any man
but a fierce warrior type with kingly prospects could get past my dad's threatened screening process.
But Mom would definitely have a problem with the longish stringy hair.

My folks nearly fainted when they met my husband when we first started dating! He had on running shorts, knee-high socks (one with red stripes, one with blue stipes)and a short-sleeve dress shirt. I was just mortified! I asked him "WHY did you dress like that??" and he said "What? I put on a nice shirt?"!
Over the past 14 years he has slowly evolved from thinking that clothes were merely something to temporarily cover your nakedness to thinking that clothes can actually be nice!

The cloak is just such an important... accessory. Got to have those accessories!

Think we've got the guys embarrassed yet? :)
To: Overtaxed
Dunno... I think they've just been hiding today. Shall I post more pictures to see if I can flush 'em out from wherever they are?

Maybe we should use that one for a night light.
To: Overtaxed
That's a cool idea... the picture hasn't attracted any of our guy friends though, I wonder why? Maybe I should post more. What do you think?

Viggo as Aragorn is sexy as all get out. Viggo as Viggo is not... it's got to be the sword. Definitely.
Viggo as Viggo is just.....very, very strange....lol

the picture hasn't attracted any of our guy friends though, I wonder why? They're waiting on Arwen pictures, I suppose.
To: Overtaxed
You should have seen me trying to get just the right frame for that one--getting the sword yet without it blocking his face was a fun challenge.
To: Penny1
I can hear his mother: "Aragorn, get that sword out of your face!" LOL
To: JenB;Overtaxed;HairOfTheDog
...sigh, why aren't there more guys like this available?Oh, ok, here's one:

See, he's got the long shaggy hair thing going, he's got ratty clothes, looks a little grubby, HE'S PERFECT! Well, you may have to share make-up bags with him, but hey, who's perfect?
I like honey mustard sauce with my wings, thank you. ;^)

I'll admit it's scruffy-looking but I don't know about the thing-of-action part.
Honey mustard sounds good! Think I'll stop off for some wings on the way home.
To: Overtaxed
I hope you had your safety goggles on before you looked at #4456. ;^)
