Yeah! - I bet it did feel like that! - Attacked in a place where you don't expect it! church, office! I felt some social pressure not to act up too... I mean... It's my job. He is not my boss, but making a stink in an office makes everyone involved smell bad, no matter who is right.

It has blown over now, he called me after I simply didn't respond to his last email. The first conversation went worse, but he called again and finally came as close as he would come to making it right. Acknowledging that he is responsible for what he says in print, not what he was trying to say. And he claims still that was a joke.

Have been busy with stuff the last couple of days. Started work on the new contract today, did not expect to start until tomorrow, so had to do some running around yesterday to get ready.

Was sorry to hear about the lay-off, Rosie... hope you find a new job to your liking soon!

Was sorry to hear about your bad day too, Hair... by all means keep a copy of the offending emails, and don't hesitate to take further action if it becomes warranted.
