Right. A “stab to the neck”. I had the same initial impression.
Any more it is a pretty good bet they are looking for a guy named something on the order of Derangeus or Mohamed.

New York City actually busses women in for this compassionate care of stabbers.
They can’t help themselves, so help them do what they are compelled to do, so they don’t feel marginalized or needlessly defensive or uptight. We already have enough criminals with high blood pressure and sleepless nights. Let them sleep!
They do this with free drug needles and safe places to inject their illegal drugs, too.

Women, DO NOT do these things alone. Avoid being alone out like that except in the most extreme emergency. These days we live in are full of evil. That evil will strike in the flash of an eye and you can’t stop it alone. Be aware of your surroundings always and even get a CC license to carry. Be very very careful.
