MIAMI –– Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported a record number of illegal migrants in Septemeber, President Trump’s border czar Tom Homan boasted Thursday –– as he warned New York to cooperate with its agents.
Homan made the revelation while visting the Port of Miami to tout the Trump administration’s border security efforts, which he credited with helping drive down crime across the US.
The veteran immigration official, standing alongside US Customs and Borders Commissioner Rodney S. Scott, said ICE broke its record for arrests every month between June and August this year.
Then in September, ICE reportedly deported more illegal migrants than in any other month in the agency’s history.
“This is what American people voted for and this is what they’re getting, a safer America,” Homan said.
“Hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens have been removed from this country, which makes your neighborhood safer, which is part of the reason that crime rates are at an all time low,” he added.
Asked if he could provide the ICE numbers for fiscal year 2026, Homan said they were still being validated and would be released “soon” by the White House.
He also sent a message to New York after Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a new state law earlier this year banning local police departments from working with ICE.

Seems they should be concentrating on muslim dominated areas. I am sure there are a lot of muslims that shouldn’t be here.

It’s a meaningless statement.
How many are still here? What is the percentage of illegals deported?
Illegal aliens are migrating to sanctuary cities and states. I live in Washington state and it’s saturated with illegals. Far more than ever before. This is going to impact the 2030 census and congressional apportionment.
The bulk of these stampeders are H1-B imports brought to you by the Uniparty to work for the tech companies. Hopefully Trump is somewhat successful in booting them out.
