FORT BRAGG, N.C. — U.S. Army Soldiers from the 3rd Corps Sustainment Command, the 20th Engineer Brigade, and Unit Ministry Teams recently executed Phase II of Operation Dragon Covenant, a test-of-concept exercise designed to evaluate and validate procedures for large-scale battlefield temporary interment.
The exercise served as a critical test of concept to validate the feasibility of battlefield temporary interment, an operational reality the U.S. Army has not executed at scale since the Korean War. By bringing together fatality management specialists, horizontal construction engineers, preventive medicine teams, and chaplains, the exercise sought to determine if modern earthmoving equipment can meet the demanding timeline requirements of a mass-casualty environment. Beyond sheer speed, a primary objective of the exercise was to verify that these temporary interment methods successfully preserve remains in an intact state, ensuring that subsequent forensic and anthropological teams can safely disinter, identify, and ultimately repatriate every fallen Soldier once hostilities cease.

Sounds like they are planning to do something that is going to get a lot of people killed.
My uncle did that in the Pacific.
They wrapped them in ponchos. Weeks later my uncle disinterred them, and moved to another temporary resting place.
It was not a pleasant job. But when he talked about it, he was the most reverent person you could imagine.
It would be good if we never had to do that again. Even a little bit.
And what companies have received contracts for this venture?
And who has purchased stocks/shares in those companies?

The administration is getting serious about cleaning up this California mess, really, really, serious.
Hopefully, they will stick it to the IRGC without a lot of people getting killed.
And hopefully it’s a coalition of countries helping.
I don’t expect the EU, Canada or to help.
I don’t see it necessarily as an indicator of something in the works. It is an exercise, something that should be practiced.
His son was a Special Forces scud buster in Gulf War I.
His team was attacked by the Iraq military and he was killed. His team buried his body in the Iraq desert and marked a geolocation of the site while escaping the Iraq army.
As of that time of 1999, his body was not recoverable and I would guess such was done during Gulf War II.
Didn’t they do this to Saddam Hussein’s troops, when they tried to engage us from WWI-style trenches dug in the desert sand?
They are assuming there will be bodies left to intern.

If'n ah kin larn that I might could be Persident one day!
