The food is too expensive.
The staff is too small.
People don’t want to work at McDonald’s (or Burger King) because the wages are too low. So everyone is overworked and unhappy, the lines are long, the wait for “fast food” is too long and the whole experience sucks.
But by all means, spend a few billion to improve the lighting. That will help.
They must have hired that Cracker Barrel chick.............
2:30pm yesterday (not the lunch rush) I pulled into the McD’s drive-through to grab a quick meal.
There were two cars ahead of me to place my order, with a few more ahead of them lined up to advance to the pick-up window.
After five full minutes of ZERO movement by ANYBODY, I found enough room to maneuver out of the line and get the hell out of there.
I’ve decided life is too short to subject myself to that kind of “fast food” experience.
The McD near me starts at $13.50 per hour.
Real food might not be a bad idea. Replace the McCardboard burgers.
