I think that if someone has unwanted same-sex attraction, including minors, they should be able to seek treatment to rid themselves of it. I don’t see how banning talk therapy helps anyone.

It’s not like they’re using aversion therapy and electro-shock therapy - it’s literally just talk therapy. They make it sound horrific, but even for patients who want it and providers who want to help, providers won’t be willing to risk their licenses. There’s too much risk.
