This is very troubling… Why is it that only Republicans believe when you strangle to death your three little innocent children, including a baby, that you committed murder and should be punished?

What did these babies ever do to deserve such a cruel death at the hands of their mother?

Michael Marcel at Fugitive TV on TouTube interviewed the lone juror who stood up to the leftist mob who were ready to let Lindsey Clancy walk.

Michael Marcel: He was very kind, Catholic, and you want to hear something very funny? We started talking.

He thinks he knows why he might be getting targeted. He’s a Republican. He is a black Republican. He has conservative views.

He believes he might be getting targeted because of that. Because the media and the reporters, as you could see, they kind of have left views. He was in a juror panel with people of the Democratic Party.

I don’t know much about jury selection. Are lawyers allowed to ask potential jurors their political affiliation? Are jurors required to answer?

It’s been 11 years since I was picked for a jury but in the questions I was asked I don’t think political affiliation was ever mentioned.

Of course I’m not in Massachusetts so maybe it’s different there.

I’m reasonably sure that an attorney can ask any question that isn’t couched in racism or some other tack that is inflammatory. It is up to the other attorney or the judge to object to the line of questioning. Eventually the judge will rule on whether the juror has to answer or not.

It’s Massachusetts. I’m certain all the prosecutors were liberals, and they’d want those women on the jury. Their big mistake was letting the holdout in. I’m thinking he was the only black in the pool so they had to, by their lights, not press him too much in voir dire to let him on the jury.
