The prosecution were morons. ANYONE could look at those women and see how they were going to vote, but unfortunately its Commiechusetts, not many sane women left over there to work with

It’s Massachusetts. I’m certain all the prosecutors were liberals, and they’d want those women on the jury. Their big mistake was letting the holdout in. I’m thinking he was the only black in the pool so they had to, by their lights, not press him too much in voir dire to let him on the jury.
