Why Lindsay Clancy is Guilty Beyond a Reasonable Doubt

The judge has declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case. I’m writing a much longer podcast on the women — the crazy, crazy women — but I’d also like to lay out the case as I see it and why I am grateful to the one juror who stood against the 11 and led to the mistrial. I watched every minute of this trial, all those weeks of testimony and seven days of deliberations, and if I were on the jury, I would have joined him

A lawyer panelist on Fox today said they should change venue for the next trial, but I don’t see how that would make a difference. It’s not as if nobody on God’s green earth hasn’t heard about it, and has an opinion.

He also said that her attorney should be brought up to the Bar Association for outing the man and putting his life in danger. Every time the guy spoke he made sure to say, “he”, and there were only three “he”s on the jury. It would be easy to ferret out which one it is.

Also, he disparaged a juror for having an opinion different than the one he wanted, which is NOT how it’s supposed to be done in our jury system.

I might be one of those a$$holes. I assume you are a parent so let me ask you, and would honestly appreciate your true opinion. First, I am NOT defending LINDSAY Clancy, nor am I “blaming” the husband.

This is from actual court testimony of Patrick Clancy, not internet hyperbole. First you go out to pick up carry out and some meds for your child, (it happens in millions of homes every night in America). You come home to a silent house which is unusual because of three young kids. No one answers, so you go,to the basement door, call out, no one answers so you go upstairs. You look in the bathroom thinking maybe the kids are getting a bath, no one there. So you go to the main bedroom and the door is locked and you immediately sense something is wrong. You have a key so you open the door, and there is blood everywhere, walls, carpet, saturated. The window is wide open and in your testimony you actually say, “I went to the window to close it because of the cold air”. I can only scratch my head on that one…I guess the cold air was more concerning than the blood, right? While at the window you see your wife below on the ground. WHAT IS YOUR FIRST INSTINCT, almost primal? MY KIDS, where are my kids! I have to get to them! HELP! My baby is only eight months old!

Instead he went to his wife, called 911, waited for two officers to arrive, then the paramedics. Then announced “my wife said she tried to kill herself, the kids are in the basement, I’m going to go to them”. Possibly had he made his priority the kids from the moment he saw the blood, stormed the house looking for them, he could have saved their lives. It was almost like he knew there wasn’t any rush.

Why was there blood? Did Lindsay make some scratches on herself before she pretended to kill herself and jump out of a SECOND FLOOR window?

She strangled the kids. Does that typically result in blood?

(I didn’t watch the whole trial.)

Okay Candace. You got all that from his testimony? If he did it, and the facts pointed at him, do you really believe she is going to make an admission of guilt and her defense wouldn’t point all that out during her trial?

She did it, and all the facts, plus her own admission, point right at her. This all happened very quickly when he returned home. The police were there very fast. He had just discovered where his wife was when they got there. The 911 call shows how frantic he was to find the kids. He was still on the call with 911 when the cops arrived.

From the testimony, she tried to cut her wrists, upper arms and her throat, then jumped from the window. The wounds did not show particularly deep but the crime scene photos showed massive blood splattered on the wall, furniture and the carpet was soaked. By Patrick’s testimony he said, blood was everywhere. Which at that point I would have heard sirens in my head for my three little kids…….not cold air coming in from an open window. (His own words).

Who the hell is Candace and why the nastiness? I have no idea who did it, but his testimony was ridiculous and to me leaves the door open for concern. One thing for sure, there was a lot more going on with that couple and family that the public will never know.

My husband thinks most of her mental issues stemmed from the marriage, that she was looking for attention from her husband. After all, he went on a ski trip the day after she was released from a hospital. He also thinks there might have been a huge argument that day/night or he admitted to an affair and he said he was ending the marriage. So in a rage, she killed the kids out of revenge.

“I’ve begun believing that if women were “set back” it would be not only better for society but for women, too.
But at some point one has to admit that giving political power to women wasn’t exactly the best idea ever.”

As a woman I completely agree with you. It’s like when you allow a child to live without boundaries. It makes for a distressed and out of control child. Human beings need to have boundaries. Allowing women to kill their unborn children and telling them it’s for their own good, to advance careers or because they are “not ready” to be mothers destroyed women. Destroyed their peace of mind and their purpose. We see the distress of women acted out every single day now. Many men think it’s funny that they are getting a comeuppance. No man wants anything to do with the nose-ring-purple haired-obese woman or even the ones who are overly made up, fake hair, lips and boobs who believe that they are God’s gift to the world. I think that if we had a complete destruction of society that the balance between men and women would be established once again. I feel for these women because they are crying for help and don’t even know it.

“Aren’t they going to retry it?
You think same defense?”

It’s a rare DA who would ever recharge a “sympathetic defendant” after a jury trial with 11 to 1 in favor of acquittal. In any event, she’ll never be out of a hospital for the criminally insane, and that’s more than likely where she really belongs.

If it was the marriage that was the problem why didn't one Doctor that examined her mention that? I guess because her grips were always about the children.

In 2021 she wrote this on a Facebook group called “Attachment Parenting For Littles” that she was looking for advice and solidarity because she found her then 19 month old Dawson “the most difficult human I've ever encountered.” She added that she meant it “with all love in my heart” but “cannot make it through a day without getting so frustrated with him.” She noted he was not her first child and that “every single thing with him is a battle,” listing everyday routines (getting out of the crib, diaper changes, dressing, car seat, meals, going outside or inside, naps, and bedtime) as constant fights that had been going on since he was about eight months old.

What kind of mother would paint that kind of picture of her child and post it on a public Facebook page?

Guess which child she killed first.

“Guess which child she killed first.”

Yep. It was planned in her timeline. She knew that he was a strong personality and if he had seen what she was doing he would try to take some action.

The kid probably would’ve been an amazing adult. Too bad nobody will ever know for sure.

Clancy is proof that MA people are lacking in brain power despite their Harvard and MIT.

Three kids are dead. They should either go back and do it again, or start investigating the father. Perhaps both.

The murder of any child defies understanding, let alone three. If she planned the murders, as the prosecution contends in their first degree murder charge and faked a suicide what was next in her scheme? Why suicide, just kill the kids and walk out the front door to a new life. Did she have bags packed, tickets to somewhere or was she just going to stroll off into the snow?

Why would she fake a suicide? Because she would look like a stone cold killer by not. But a suicide attempt would gain the sympathy of the rubes who would feel sorry for her and wear pink shirts and bring their child to the Court House to cheer her on and give to her “Go Fund Me”. And it worked! She’s a folk hero for a large segment of nutty woman.

It amazing the amount of times you read about a “ murder/ suicide” where the murderer is so competent in completing the murder but so incompetent at the suicide part.

So where did it get her? Prison for life or a mental institution? You and many others are thinking her plan was for sympathy, GoFundMe, and become a folk hero in a wheelchair for the rest of her

That scenario would confirm she IS bat $hit crazy.

Of course I think she's bat shit crazy but evil as well. In her mind she had a reason for killing her children. I don't think it was because of marriage problems because no therapist that she dealt with mentioned that at the trial. Problems with the children were the focus of her therapy sessions.

What did all the women who murdered at the direction of Charles Manson think they were accomplishing? They had a goal and a plan but to what end? They were bat shit crazy as well, so were they not guilty due to insanity? Should they have been spared jail and just have been sent to the hospital?
