The judge has declared a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case. I’m writing a much longer podcast on the women — the crazy, crazy women — but I’d also like to lay out the case as I see it and why I am grateful to the one juror who stood against the 11 and led to the mistrial. I watched every minute of this trial, all those weeks of testimony and seven days of deliberations, and if I were on the jury, I would have joined him

Since 1980, the only time a democrat candidate came close to getting 50% of the male vote was 2008: Obama got 49% which probably means he had the largest vote share of anyone among men. I think the next highest was 46%.
Married women vote very close to men, so it is SINGLE WOMEN who give Democrats power.
I think only married people with children who bought and live in their houses should vote.
Exactly. He is corrupt and totally unethical. I was repulsed by all the online lawyers stroking this POS’s ego about how wonderful he is at getting her off. Not a single one cared about the fact she brutally murdered those sweet little tots.
Now his next step is to try and stop a retrial by trying to use double jeopardy because 11 jurors said she was not guilty.
Will a plea happen instead? Who knows?
Any real man would and we need more, many more.

She didn’t “jump” out the window. She hung from the window sill and tried to slip down the side of the house. They found bloodstains on the siding. She was found face up. I believe she was trying to break the fall all the way down.

Now I have to go back and see if anyone saw her jump out of the second story window...and check the nurse bit again.
She was a delivery room nurse. I would think that would have given her insight to all the degrees and treatments for postpartum depression.
And remember, none of the meds in her system were at toxic levels.

So when she sent hubby to the store, she wasn’t psycotic...but 15 minutes later, she found 3 little bungie cords and one by one....methodically strangles three helpless children. The lady was evil.
Just to be clear, the One juror was the holdout, refusing to vote for acquittal. He reportedly recognized that there was reasonable doubt as to her responsibility for her crime.
He recognized that there was REASONABLE DOUBT AS TO HER RESPONSIBILITY for her crime.. But refused to do so because he did not want to apply the law explaining REASONABLE DOUBT.

He should be disbarred. It was BLATANTLY obvious that he was in communication with jurors, either directly or via a middle man. He knew everything that was going on in the jury room.
Even when it was disclosed that the vote was 11-1, he shouldn’t have known that it was in Lindsay’s favor. But he did know.
The man argued with, and yelled at, the judge. The atmosphere he brought to that courtroom was overtly adversarial with the judge.
Some person or entity needs to look into this and make the creep suffer and be penalized.
That judge did everything imaginable during that trial to give all the deference and momentum to the defense. He was very biased in their favor.
Until the end when this old foul jackass Reddington started excoriating the judge for not doing exactly what he demanded.
I have never seen such disgusting and rude behavior in a courtroom directed toward a judge and one juror who did not deserve what was happening to him. That jury foreperson literally RATed out to the defense what was going on in the jury room. The fix was in, as someone else on this site said, and the defense was furious that one man blew the whole fix.
This was a display of everything that has gone wrong with the judicial system in America.
