Some intriguing information has come out regarding the feelings of the female jurors after they failed in their quest to let Lindsay Clancy get away with murdering her three little children. And it's safe to say they were not happy.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Judge William Sullivan officially declared a mistrial today in the Clancy murder trial while defense attorney Kevin Reddington melted down.
Reddington later asked the Massachusetts Supreme Court for relief, which was denied.
This was all made possible allegedly due to one brave male juror who refused to give in to bullying from both Clancy's defense team and the female jurors.
Following Judge Sullivan's declaration of a mistrial, CNN's Jean Casarez shared some very interesting details regarding the reactions of the female jurors, all of whom wanted Clancy to walk.
First, all of the jurors were tense as the judge spoke. One female was in despair as she shook her head, while another angrily clenched her fists.
Another woman was so distraught that she could not open her eyes.
Casarez then shared that another dismayed female juror pursed her lips while another nodded her head.

True. I have been on two juries. What a bunch of clueless morons. The cardiologist sitting next to me on one was the worst. His big exposure to crime and the police was having his bicycle stole once. Wow, what a traumatic experience.

However,as a life long resident of the depraved Commonwealth of Massachusetts I can guarantee that she'll never be convicted.
Maybe the Prosecution in the next trial should be 100% female, preferably one who’s obviously pregnant. That way, it won’t look like the misogynistic men folk are picking in the poor lady in a wheelchair.
I disagree. I think they have to. She made the mistake of blurting out that she can’t take another trial, the poor lamb. Doing the whole thing over, with a delay of maybe another year, a sequestered jury, no tv coverage, and a better prosecutor, is tremendous leverage. Mind you, I think they’ll sell it cheap, perhaps manslaughter, but a few years, even with time served, plus a long life as a paraplegic, may be all the justice we get out of this debacle
Well, they can’t very well keep women off the jury in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts, can they? But can they find six of them with common sense?
The insanity part was when she slit her wrists...and throat...but amazingly didn't bleed to death....because she knew almost exactly when her husband would be back.
Driving around town, I see women walking, jogging, pushing baby strollers, you name it. And unless they are with another person and speaking with them, they are on their phones. Even while pushing a stroller. At least 19 out of 20. As the trail went on, the idea that most of these women jurors were not communicating about the trial outside of the courthouse to friends and relatives and were not consuming social media and news about the trial is just something I do not believe, not at all. At least some of them were very likely flagrantly violating the judge’s repeated orders. It’s a massive problem these days because many people simply refuse to stay off their phones. Look at the video of any crime or accident and the first thing you see is people holding their phones up. Not helping, not running for their lives, nothing but standing there like lemmings with their phones in the air.
All the parties had representation in that courtroom:
Clancy was represented by a team of attorneys.
The prosecution has a team of attorneys.
The babies were represented by one lone courageous juror.
No...my imagination...sorry...shouldn’t have posted without a comment.
Maybe a bunch of grannies who have a lot of grandchildren.
Those female jurors have given America’s enemies cause to point their fingers at us.
First, it was unborn infants, then infants up to the moment of birth, then infants for some short period of time after birth.
By then it was no problem for the radical left to extend the right of a woman's body, especially when beset by hormonal problems, to excuse murdering her children years later. Cases similar to that of Clancy are now becoming commonplace.
Sadly, contributing to the problem are many of the people who claim to be pro-life and anti-abortion. In an August 27, 2026, Federalist article, “The Lindsay Clancy Case Exposes Big Pro-Life’s Woke ‘Second Victim’ Lie”, Dusty Deevers wrote, in part:
Big Pro-Life insists that a mother who intentionally kills her preborn child is abortion’s “second victim,” not a morally responsible agent. The response to Lindsay Clancy carries that same presumption outside the womb: The mother is centered as victim, and accountability is recast as cruelty….
Big Pro-Life cannot wash its hands of this spectacle....
National Right to Life declares that “the pro-life movement recognizes the mother as a second victim in every abortion” and expressly grounds its opposition to punishment or prosecution in that doctrine….
Even Americans United for Life acknowledges that “nearly every state explicitly exempts women from the penalties and punishments associated with violating an abortion law.”
Our hero juror best be careful- you know damn well the angry white liberal woman jurors will out him and point the left wing cabal in his direction...
