There is supposed to be no cure for this. This relief might be temporary, but it is great not having the creepy crawlies in my legs at night.

each mag tablet has roughly 100mg (no matter what the bottle says). You need to take 6-8 PER DAY split 2 at a time (so 3 to 4 x per day). That will cure your restless leg, without a doubt

just a semi educated suggestion here, people probably want to be sure you get sufficient proteins too?

Protein is big for nerves and muscles.

Thanks be to God, for helping you find a way for some improvement !

Why not remove the supplements one by one to know which one is helping you?

Is RLS usually a prelude to Parkinsons disease?’Or are they two separate conditions?

Was diagnosed with RLS I think in 2013. Horrible, electric-shock like jolts in legs, cramping in my feet, calf muscles, thighs, cold chills, and tingling and jerking in the muscles along with numbing spates. Could not walk or drive. Or sleep. Wasn’t sleeping so a doctor put me on alprazolam. That made my BP go down so off the alprazolam and on to chronic insomnia and RLS.

Neurologist told me, deep brain injury from the taper off the drug. Causes RLS and the other. I’ve been on pregabalin ever since high-dose. I’m quite the carnivore so lots of meat. No link there.

My feet still give me fits and feels like sand in my left sock. Tingling, pin pricks, you name it both feet.

I can walk and drive to some extent.

Massage does help and I’d recommend that. Also a foot massager that distracts the nerves so they’ll shut up before rest.

Hang in there and keep trying things. God Bless you it’s really hard dealing with this mess.

have a mild case. as always, not a doctor so do your own due diligence. like the Magnesium but maybe go with the L-Theonate version. read that works/adsorbs better for brain/nerves.

lots of leg and foot massage seems to help me. even just doing things, not sitting.

the ALA didn’t do much for me.

i’m also on NAD and CoQ10, among many others on your list, but i didn’t see those. lately i’ve added Methyl Blue to my supplement regimen, for many reasons, but it seems to be helping with my neuropathy too. can’t really vouch for that though. well that’s it for me.

may our Lord assist you in finding a solution for this!

oops, forgot to add: also topical DMSO at 5%, seems to help in general with all kinds of soreness, numbness, etc.

Please do let us know if this works long term for you! I’ve had RLS for several years. I’ve been taking a drug called pramipexole, an anti-convulsant. It controls the condition reasonably well, but does have a side-effect. It lessens my sense of balance, so I have to be careful physically. I’ll definitely mark this post for future reference!

Liquid Magnesium is what helps me. I spray my feet/legs with it before going to sleep. If I forget, my legs remind me when I sleep.

I’ve been taking OTC Nervive (the green ones) for years for RLS. Works great. I did not get neuropathy even during 2 rounds of chemo. My oncologist said that he suggests Nervive to patients instead of gabapentin.
