Do not make the assumption that by publishing this list I am in any way defending this woman. Quite the opposite, what I’m pointing out here is there are members of the medical community, that ought to be getting prosecuted right now.
What has not been publicized, and I can’t really comment on because I don’t know, is this woman’s history of mental illness prior to this. You got a crazy wife and you keep knocking her up so she can have more kids? I’m guessing there is a hell of a lot more to this than just the four months of Drug enhanced psychosis. This **** didn’t start 4 months earlier.
And yet so medical professionals were handing out psychiatric drugs like Halloween candy and making no effort to determine if they’re the only ones feeding this woman’s mental problems. Looks to me like they’re a bunch of enablers of a psycho (no longer “potential” murderer).
She wasn’t using all the drugs the defense listed. Some were replaced with others. Reports say she was on 2 or 3 at the time.

That is for sure. Frankly, it would be quite revealing to know what was really going on in that relationship and the household on the day/night of the murders. I can suggest several scenarios, but I won’t.
One thing that is not being discussed is the fact that there is a wrongful death and malpractice civil lawsuit brought by Patrick Clancy and Lindsay Clancy, independently against numerous doctors, providers and hospitals. I am betting the dollar amount is astronomical. So it behooves Patrick to support the theory that Lindsay was, in fact, over medicated and neglected by providers. That they had a wonderful marriage and family. Patrick immediately opened a GoFundMe for the funerals of his sweet little kids. To date, it is over 1.1 million dollars.
I suggest the civil lawsuit won’t be quite as forgiving in their investigation as the criminal case.
Handing out the crap Big Pharma comes up with is the job for doctors now as many medical groups and hospitals are owned by the very same people.
A doctors job is to get people on medications. Doctors lost their freedom to practice independently a long time ago. They may not agree at all with the health Care PTB behind those computers in their exam rooms, but they have to operate within the laws and rules set since Obamacare became the law.
Or, they have to operate as lone wolf doctors without insurance companies involved.
I will wager that there was years of this kind of medical business going on long before the last 4 months. Perhaps not to that extreme. And so I have to wonder why a man who is living with a woman that was obviously mentally ill and incapable of performing her duties as a mother, why a man would impregnate her a third time?
Whenever I've been impaneled for jury duty, we were instructed by the judge to stand firm in our convictions, to not be pressured by the other jurors.
That's one of the duties of a juror.
To listen to the other jurors, to argue one's own position, but finally, to decide for oneself and stand by that decision unless you sincerely change your mind (and not because you want to go home early, or to please the majority).

So according to these articles, it is possible for a person on these types of drugs to do many things from lie to get more to commit violent crimes. They go in and out of reality.
So, how can you claossify her killings as preplanned murders when she may not have had the ability to accomplish them without the drugs. And does that make her a murderer or a doctor’s prescribed patient that didn’t know at the time, or even now, what she was doing. And that one jurer that hung the trial probably did just that. He wouldn’t call it a capital offense to murder but possibly to manslaughter under insanity based upon the drugs.
A few say that she went after more drugs so she was contributory. Possibly. But she had been under problems for a while and in her thinking, if drugs help, get more. She could do tht under srug stimulation. It is up to the doctors to protect her from herself in that case. They didn’t. And five of them blew it. So are they contributory? Quite a web woven isn’t it?
