to tie a cord around a toddlers neck and tighten it as they squirm and try to cry out is unbelievably horrible. then a ‘mother’ that bore the child watches as their face turns dark and they die a horrible death struggling for life saving air.
The only recourse is to punish her with death by the same machination she attempted but failed. eye for an eye, breath for a breath.

I’m not sure the people who have investigated the incident are heroizing her. That’s being done by the media. But those people possibly do have a question as to what is being done.
They are trying her for murder and the media is painting it as a vile act she performed. It should have been a cut and dry case if not for one important fact that most do not know. She has a history of mental problems and at the time of the act was on 18 psychotic medications perscribed by 5 different doctors. I am willing to bet that is what is forcing the jury to continue deliberation and not finalize.
Whereas she did do the act, no one ever questioned that, was she of right mind when she did? So it isn’t a matter of it being done, but why. And if she was drugged out and unable to cope with herself it might have been contributory to the act. And she did try to kill herself during the act cutting her wrists and throat. Not a real sign of a murderer but as a sick person. The media is playing one side against the other. So capital punishment in leau of institutionalising is the real question. And the evidence is there to need an answer to the question.
And the work of the doctors was atrocious and they should be reviewed by their state board to revoke their licenses.

Your words are contraindicated by her researching the selected method and deliberately removing the father from the situation - and tracking his whereabouts - while she killed them. To be not guilty by reason of insanity, she had to not have the ability at the time to know what she was doing was wrong. The research and subterfuge says she did know, in my view.
I have also read that she had doctor shopped for her meds.
