An intern at a Florida mental health and addiction center allegedly had sex with a patient during therapy sessions – and cooked up excuses allowing him to leave the facility to romp at her mom’s home and even a local hospital, according to court documents.
Michelle Luchau-Rebora appeared in court Wednesday wearing a green anti-suicide smock to face a charge of sexual misconduct by a psychotherapist – a third-degree felony that could lead to five years in prison, according to WPLG.
She turned herself in after the patient – an otherwise unidentified 42-year-old man – reported her when she called off their alleged three-month romance...
Luchau-Robera, 32, allegedly struck up the romance last June while working as an intern at the New Hope C.O.R.P.S. addiction treatment center in Homestead, the report said.
It’s unclear how long she was into her internship when the alleged romance got underway.
The pair allegedly had sex during therapy sessions and Luchau-Robera also “facilitated alibis on his behalf, which allowed him authorization to leave the restricted facility and engage in sexual intercourse on multiple occasions,” the documents claimed.
That included sex at her Pinecrest home, at her mother’s Key Biscayne home and in Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital...

90% of the time, people know what to do to fix themselves, they just don’t really want to and want people to have sympathy for them, and not have to actually change much, if at all.
