So the penniless, psychotic druggies that are on the edge of death get free medicine to prolong their miserable life of crime to feed their addictions?

I’m guessing the best way to NOT overdose is to NOT use fentanyl outside of a doctor’s care.
That’s just me. It’s a useful drug in a hospital. It’s not a good drug on the street.
They are the access to government jobs in the helping line.
