NFL Vice President of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Anna Isaacson explained the league's position saying, "We're working hand-in-hand with players, and clubs to AMPLIFY voices and underscore what is most important to them. For decades, the NFL and its players have been a unifying force in American culture and society that brings people of all cultures and backgrounds together to enjoy America's most popular sport. This is a responsibility the league takes seriously, which is why we actively invest in off-field programs and on-field initiatives that promote unity."

The human being is born with a tendency to be racist. Humans a hard-wired to favor those like themself against those not like themself; it is our 2nd greatest biological imperative.
You cannot erase racism without erasing race. And you certainly cannot erase racism by baselessly blaming the underachieving of whole groups of peoples on the boogieman of racism.
Think of the NFL as Tucker Carlson. Gets too big for it’s britches and people get tired of it. Could happen.

Yet another reason not to watch.
My nephew worked at the NFL. He said gambling is what keeps it alive.
The NFL is just fine with racism, as long as the victims are white.
Kinda reminds me of Mexico in the 70’s when oil was discovered. Anyone remember the president of Mexico insulting President Carter at that banquet dinner? Naive and caught off guard. Anyone that has the upper hand at any moment is gonna use their power and take advantage of the moment. So what am I saying?
The NFL is scared of blacks.
I have come to believe that whites are excluded in professional sports...so I just don’t care about them...and it’s all fix3d anyway,you know it is.
I think millions of Americans would not mind if the NFL moved all their games overseas or even to another planet!
Plus, all the fans that LOVE the NFL can go with them!
After a few years for the dust (lawsuits) to settle, a new league could start up with a few basic rules. These NEW RULES to be as follows:
1. Repeal of the 1961 NFL limited anti trust exemption.
2. One fifth of all revenue to go into a fund to pay for the upbringing of all fatherless children bred by NFL players. The fund would be called the NNFL Bastard Relief Fund.
3. All wife beaters are permanently banned from the NNFL.
4. All hair outside the helmet to be cut to a boot camp haircut at the fifty yard line 5 minutes before kickoff of each game.
5. Any and all disrespect of the American Flag or the National Anthem or the US Military by a player will result in a lifetime ban from playing or attending any game.
6. Any player or coach convicted of a felony to be permanently banned from the NNFL.
7. Roger Goodell and his entire executive staff to be permanently banned from the NNFL and deported.
8. Any judge issuing an injunction against any of the foregoing will be fired and deported.
9. Any use by a player of any illegal drug will result in his permanent ban from the game.
It is to be noted that tens of millions of former fans would no doubt be back in the stands if the foregoing was implemented.

And yet the same people complaining will still watch it
10.Super Bowl halftime shows will be reserved for music acts that appeal to a wide cross section of Americans without using vulgarity or profanity.
