Actually, I prefer things like this remain so everyone can see the real assholes for what they are. That's a good point. If the Mods don't pull it, perhaps that is why, although it's sort of an embarrassment to the site to have such unhinged nastiness on a family site that espouses civility.
Benefit of the doubt: Maybe the fellow just went through a painful breakup or divorce and is using FreeRepublic to vent. Or as someone else posted, maybe he's just drunk. :-)
