“If he can plead guilty and still receive the death penalty, DO it.”

Utah is a blue state and they don’t carry out many executions. So he’s in the right place. The state has only carried out eight executions since the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated the death penalty in 1976, and only one person has been executed in the state since 2000. Even though a killing in an assassination atmosphere is especially heinous when it involves religious and political implications as the motive, the state will look at the fallout of the crime and will let him into life with possibility of parole in my mind and their history. Seems a shame to let the crime run amok that could be repeated because the perps see it has ways out of the need for justice for the wrong reasons.

DAY 2 OF THE ROBINSON PRELIMINARY HEARING

There is some very damning video following him through his murderous route of shooting Charlie and then escaping. It's at the beginning part of the stream as the English detective is being questioned.

I am against the death penalty, except when a person convicted of murder kills again after they are in prison. Death penalty cases just drag on and on with the death penalty almost never carried out anyway.

“I am against the death penalty...”

On the other hand, if there is no penalty that doesn’t threaten them not to do the crime or offers them parole or clemency from a governor that feels as you do, then there is nothing to deter anyone from committing the crimes of rape, kidnapping or death. And where does it stop? If there is no capital punishment, it is easy for the court to allow the plea bargain to first degree manslaughter which is this:

Maximum of life with the possibility of parole after (6.5–8.5 years)

And they keep going down hill from there. Many years ago members of the town just shot the guy dead. It was easier then. But by taking away the death penalty you can be putting a person that may have murdered your family member and he could be out on the street as early as 6.5 years. And if there is no reason to keep the perp, then the cases may not even make it into court as the pleas will get for lesser or lesser actual trials until murder will no longer be an issue and will be closer to a minor misdemeanor. And if you don’t see this happening look wht’s happened to marijuana.

Just doesn’t sound like justice to me. Sounds closer to organized crime.

“this little feral animal is “innocent until proven guilty” in our country.”

He’s actually “PRESUMED innocent until proven guilty”. I don’t know how that makes a difference, but I’ve heard lawyers emphasize the “presumed” part.

There’s no way in Hell this guy is innocent.

Probably Candace and Tucker will see all the videos and say that the person in them is actually Netanyahu in disguise.
