I live in Suwanee. I go there ONLY when I have to, which is as rare an event as possible. I really hate downtown Atlanta. Where is Sherman now that he is so desperately needed?
There is nothing that could induce me to go to downtown Atlanta. Lilburn is bad enough. 😆
Years ago I had to go there because the IRS offices were located downtown. Since then I’ve learned how to avoid such entanglements and the offices are in Chamblee. (Chambodia, if you will.)
The last time I was downtown to go to the courthouse was 2015. Before that I hadn’t been there for 15 years. I’ll never go back.
I go there once each year. I could just scream.
Pretty crappy, leadership shouldn’t have granted the permit in the first place then. But the leadership realized/admitted too late the truth that this would have been mass chaos and crime if it was allowed to happen. It’s just a sad, plain fact.
It is beginning to feel like outdoor events are akin to a zoo visit with all the cages flung open.
