Even if Obama hired illegals to work on that monstrosity of a building, they still should have been paid....yet for various reasons the idea still seems at least semi-attractive. If the contractors are not paid, are they within their rights to tear the thing down?....If they were illegals, they might just do that.

If the contractors are not paid,
They can put a lein on the property but would it do them any good? Maybe claim against all the fees that will be supposedly collected.
