Can’t a contractor put a lien against the property?
Even if Obama hired illegals to work on that monstrosity of a building, they still should have been paid....yet for various reasons the idea still seems at least semi-attractive. If the contractors are not paid, are they within their rights to tear the thing down?....If they were illegals, they might just do that.
