Imagine if Reagan had to deal with the FReyores negative garbage:

During Ronald Reagan’s first four years in office (1981–1985), the U.S. economy faced a severe initial recession before experiencing a robust recovery driven by his Reaganomics framework.

The administration’s focus on supply-side economics led to record-high interest rates, a sharp drop in inflation, and a dramatic pivot in job growth.Key economic indicators during this period included:Initial Recession & Peak Unemployment:
To break the cycle of stagflation, the Federal Reserve implemented tight monetary policies, which triggered a deep recession in 1981 and 1982.

Unemployment surged from about 7.5% in early 1981 to a post-war high of nearly 10.8% in late 1982.Inflation Reduction:

One of the most significant successes of this era was taming hyperinflation. Inflation dropped from roughly 13.5% in 1980 to around 4% by 1984

Well, for starters, of course. But unlike with Reagan, who simply had Democrats who thought what he was doing was wrong and opposed him, Trump has Democrats who are using every ounce of authority they have at the federal, state, and local level to trash the economy to blame it on Trump.

But the idiots around here are quick to blame Trump.

I had an argument with some moron farmers here in Virginia about how terrible their lives have become because USAID isn’t buying their product anymore and diesel and fertilizer costs are up because of Iran.

Well, duh, and ALMOST EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY in Latin and South America has had an election since USAID was shut down and every single Socialist tinpot dictator was ousted in favor of a right-wing Capitalist. You think that’s a coincidence? And you want to focus on diesel and fertilizer costs? Sure, fine, what were they in 2022 and 2023? So shutup. And what about the rest of your costs? Total energy costs UNRELATED to Iran are up 25% in Virginia because Spanberger put us back into the RGGI - and you dumbasses came out for Spanberger last November to “show Trump” and then you almost had your representation in DC taken away by Spanberger.

Morons!

So, yeah, Orange Man Bad.

Morons!
