A guy loses it completely, yelling and abusing a mannequin as riders jump up and run for their lives.

OMG, that was hilarious. That black guy was beating up a white mannequin? What was he on, booze or drugs or both? Did the cops take him away, before he became violent with an actual person?
The ravages of fentanyl have eaten away too many brains and left too many unable to control their urges. The drug epidemic has created a mental illness epidemic. It like a car manufacturer turning out cars with defective Cruise Control.
Blue America has problems, Red America, not so much.
